Prepaid Packages & Customer Credits

Sell a pack of daycare visits once, and every visit after that redeems automatically — no manual tracking, no separate punch card.

How Packages Work

Set the number of visits, the price per visit, and how many days a purchased pack stays valid. A pack can also require a minimum number of active pets before it's offered.

Staff can sell a pack at checkout, or a facility can turn on portal sales so pet parents buy their own packs directly.

A purchase becomes a customer credit balance. The next matching daycare reservation draws down that balance automatically at checkout — nobody has to remember to apply it.

Multi-facility organizations can let a customer buy a pack at one location and redeem it at another.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. A package is a prepaid balance a customer buys ahead of time; a promo code is a discount applied at checkout. The two don't combine on the same daycare reservation.

Yes, when the facility turns on portal sales for packages. Otherwise, staff sell them at the office.

Each pack has its own expiration window, set when the pack is defined. An unused balance stops being redeemable once it expires.
